Aloe Energy

Owner and operator of renewable electricity production sites

Aloe Energy profile

Aloe Energy, which owns and operates renewable electricity production sites, is a new French firm with strong potential.

Created in 2014 with backing from powerful investors (AXA Clean Energy, Bernis Investissement, Debiopharm Investment and the Heinz Nixdorf foundation), in December 2014 the company acquired the solar farms operated and developed by Eco Delta. With an outstanding portfolio of solar assets in France, delivering a capacity of 69 MWp, a promising 185 MWp pipeline and major financial resources, it has sound foundations in place for its future development through internal and external growth.

Thanks to its expertise throughout the value chain, Aloe Energy is positioning itself as a long-term partner for the regions, with a firm focus on environmental and agricultural sustainability.

In 2014, Aloe Energy produced 96 TWh at its outstanding solar sites in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (Les Mées, Revest-du-Bion), Corsica (Calenzana, Coti-Chiavari, Meria) and Var (Cabasse, Ginasservis) regions, equivalent to the electricity consumption of 20,000 households.
